The 3rd biomass veneer roller dryer 4 deck with autmatic feeder, veneer collection machine, is heated with a 15ton biomass burner. The customer already purchased 2 sets Shine biomass veneer roller dryer machines and this is the third 4deck roller dryer. The wood core veneer drying machine help the customer make more money in the past years and we believe the third set automatic veneer dryer will dry a satisfying veneer quantity at a very low veneer drying cost.     

Recently, a brand new veneer dryer from our company is being sent to the customer's factory. After many inspections, the customer finally chose us. We specially customize the production according to the customer's veneer size to ensure that the output of the veneer dryer meets the customer's production needs. It can be used to dry various wood species.

The roller veneer dryer purchased by the Russian customer has been delivered, together with our biomass burner. Biomass burner is our patented product, which can directly burn waste wood and save cost.

The 2deck veneer roller dryer order is expected to be ready on June 5th, 2023. We will load containers on the date approved by the customer in Zimbabwe.    

Shine roller veneer dryer machine finished the installation in Jiangsu Province. The 2deck veneer dryer was ready for the test running. When the veneer is peeled from the veneer peeling lathe, we will start the test running on the core veneer roller dryer and conduct the training on the workers of the user's factory.

New roller veneer dryer was just finished the installation and the veneer roller dryer has been running in a good condition. The biomass veneer dryer has 2 decks, heated by a biomass burner which uses tree barks, waste wood chips, etc as the fuel. In this way, the fuel cost is saved to the most. Furthermore, the total electricity is reduced greatly. 

Over the last 3 days, we finished loading the roller dryer parts to the 4 containers. The roller veneer dryer is customized according to the customer's special requirement. The working width and number of the heat exchangers are customized for the customers in the very cold area.
